Marlo and her team did a great job explaining the entire process. We got the maximum amount that we could from the insurance company due to her help. I was a bit confused at first. I leaned on them not only for the legal parts of my case, but also emotional support, which is very important to me! This firm actually cares about you. It takes some time to get through the process... and totally worth it!

I had high hopes for Ms. Greer based upon her other reviews. She took on my cases when my previous counsel and I parted ways due to a billing dispute I had with a medical provider that my prior counsel referred me to. I signed up with Ms. Greer in January of 2023, and repeatedly requested that she send out the Demand letters that would start the negotiations of my claims because I didn’t want to treat for the accidents anymore.
