I don't know how this venue compares with its peers. As a first time visitor, I found it inadequate in every regard - layout, core facilities, decor. It seriously lacks investment and is poorly maintained. The steam room was tepid (a regular told me there is no point in complaining as nothing changes), there is no cold water - not even a cold shower, to cool off (fundamental & inexpensive). first time going and it was such a nice atmosphere, plenty to do and some fit lads about the place
I had an amazing night here! So chilled out and relaxed, everyone was friendly and approachable! You can talk to anyone! The staff are brilliant, lovely to interact with and will help with any questions! First time visit, everything was explained to me. There were also plenty of regulars at the venue that helped me with anything else. It was such a surprise they serve hot food as well. I spent the whole evening here and had a double cheese burger!
