Room is filthy because of no housekeeping. Patient sits by herself and has food all over her because she had a stroke and couldn’t feed herself. Management is making money and should be fixing this problem.
This issue is against the people running this place. This facility cannot keep workers, they offer their own CNA classes, & pay well, but don't treat their workers good, 🙄 look at their turnover rate! They took out housekeeping. That fell to CNA's! The scheduling dept expects 2 CNA's to run a cottage, that means tend to residents' desires, wants, plus needs, like showers, do laundry, clean the cottage AND cook! Have 1 nurse for 2 cottages now. They are an amazing group that tries hard to help you. Rehab is extremely helpful and coming up with ideas to help you get home. The CNAs are kind and patient.
This place allows people like Amanda parsons Ray who committed purely in court lies about her drug use, like to her husband,lies to her children and allowed her own neighbor Alice Henderson to lay in her own urine at this facility for 3 days. Unacceptable! A heartless woman should not be able to work around the elderly. Find the lord Amanda parsons ray! And shame on you Jeremy Ray! In my opinion a mother that would keep a father's children from him when he has repeatedly for a year texted her left her messages trying to see his children but yet she keeps them from him and they have asked her to call their father and she won't let them should not be in a position how do you think she would treat elderly that are not her family her name is Amanda Parsons Ray I would not recommend this place to anyone8/21/23 Amanda Parsons Ray you should not be allowed to work in your position.
