☆☆☆☆ 1 Star One of the worst experiences my family and I have ever had. Before arriving, I specifically spoke with a manager to avoid repeating issues from previous visits. I was assured everything would be noted on my reservation, but when we arrived, none of it had been done. Our room was dirty, staff were rude and unprofessional, there was confusion with our cabana reservation, and the replacement cabana had broken amenities. Great Geyser’s water park was a hit for our whole family. They had activities for everyone, so no one felt bored or left out. We rented a bungalow and while it’s a bit expensive, it was absolutely worth it—having your own private spot to relax with a TV, plus a server checking in, made the day so much easier and more enjoyable. I’d recommend the bungalow (and the water park) to anyone, especially families.
Cabana service was super slow. 2nd time that’s the case but we like the space
