I can't say enough good about Dan Arthur at the Algonquin store. It is so refreshing to deal with a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable person. We dealt with him a few years ago and he hasn't changed a bit. We had a few hiccups along the way on our end, and Dan took care of us. Great store, great person. I highly recommend both. Thanks Dan!
So I stopped in a few days ago because my mom and I were out and about and I just wanted a ball park price idea for a 18 ft round pool installed. The two gentlemen present were nice and answered my few questions but if I could wave a magic wand for improvement, wish they would have stood up to greet and made eye contact instead of staying seated behind a tall (I’m not that tall) counter with their heads down and could have acted more enthused to sell.

After being told, when I purchased my pool that the current installation schedule would have me being installed in the middle-ish of June. My pool was delivered on June the 20th...... And today still sits in my garage. I was told after the pool was delivered the installation team would be contacting me within a few days to set up an installation date.
