I went in yesterday at approx. 5:30pm looking for a replacement filter for my hot tub. The first thing they asked me was "did you purchase your hot tub here?" "No", I replied. Good service
We purchased a hot tub from The Great Escape in Boardman and spent thousands of dollars, only to have it not work from the very beginning. After multiple calls with no resolution, we went to the store in person. Unfortunately, the customer service experience was disappointing — the representative was condescending and immediately blamed our electrician, insisting the wiring wasn’t done correctly.
