Karl was absolutely amazing. World class customer service, was honest and listened to what i was looking for and was able to use his expertise to get me the perfect hot tub!
I'm not sure how to rate. Love/Hate. Nobody here is friendly or goes out of their way to help, Ive even walked to the register to pay with 2 or more people there and have them not greet me or say "I'll take you", awkward. But they have most of the supplies I need for my pool, and prices for shock aren't horrible. Also my kids enjoy going in to see the hot tubs and pool that is set up.
Came in for a part andHad the worst help there today one kid had no idea what he was doing told to chase down someone else the other salesmen basically told me to figure it out
