Terrible pool installers and hot tub installers. Both installers damaged my home and Great Escapes did nothing. Below they stated they spoke to management and they said they didn't have room to sit my hot tub down lol lies... The three (3) installers they sent to install the hot tub initially got the hot tub stuck on my new deck and left it for almost two months, which caused my new deck to sink in the middle as it was not suitable for that area. Purchased the furniture when it was time for the delivery a couple other customers had canceled so they said they couldn’t deliver our sectional sofa recliner because it Wasn’t a Big enough order due to the mileage that they would reschedule a week later when that time came, they couldn’t make the delivery. The manager was extremely fast to refund our money, couldn’t get us off the phone fast enough apparently we’re just another fish in the pond! They don’t care if they lose a sale we won’t be going back.
