I made a 5k purchase here a few years ago. Stopped in to ask about replacement cushions. No one greeted me so I ask a man tested behind a computer. He said he couldn't find any record of my purchase. I told him the set I bought is right there on the floor. He said it's probably not, cushion come from overseas and he thinks they takes 20 weeks to get. He said he thinks they are $350 each. Brian in the store in Schaumburg was awesome. I had a lot of questions on my above ground pool chemistry. He was so great explaining all the steps to set up the pool correctly. He took the time to explain how and why each chemical works and even wrote down directions for dispersing them and timeframes to wait for each one to take effect. He was professional patient and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this store!
Very helpful staff with excellent after service. Actually, seeing the product really helps to know what you're getting. Recommended!
