The great escape deserves 5 stars for the items I purchased, but the delivery company they use is terrible, that’s why I rate it as 4. The person who delivered the items was rude and obnoxious. He was throwing stuff on the ground and not paying attention to it. He lost a screw on the ground and blamed it on the manufacturer that did not put it enough screws for the item to be put together.
