Bought a couch on 8/23/24, they said it would be delivered in "about 2 weeks". It its now almost 3 months later and still no couch, no update, nothing.
*** Though my initial experience with the products and services rendered by Jacuzzi were less than favorable. THE GREAT ESCAPE has continued to offer excellent help through education and excellent customer service. A big kudos goes out to Matt and his team at this location. I purchased what I thought was a (2023) Jacuzzi J365 and a 27’ above ground pool from The Great Escape in February 2024 set for delivery in May / June. On initial delivery I contacted the store as I found pools of water and a manufacturer date on the Jacuzzi of February 2022. The store assured me this was NOT a floor model and that there were no changes to the model from 2022 to 2023.
