Bought a couch on 8/23/24, they said it would be delivered in "about 2 weeks". It its now almost 3 months later and still no couch, no update, nothing.
*** Though my initial experience with the products and services rendered by Jacuzzi were less than favorable. THE GREAT ESCAPE has continued to offer excellent help through education and excellent customer service. A big kudos goes out to Matt and his team at this location.
