The Great Escape has horrible customer service. Once they Escape with your money, good luck getting anything done. We recently purchased a pool package to replace our tornado damaged pool. During Install, we were told that the Great Escape had delivered the wrong size liner. The Installer instructed us to immediately call the salesman which we did.
