The Great escape is the WOSRT at customer Service. All they care about is making a sale and the only good thing about them Is the financing for a pool. They are incompetent. They don’t know anything about how to maintenance or service a pool.They pretty much will sell pool and leave you on your own. Horrible customer service!!! Will never be back!!! Manager is always rude and has an attitude. He kicked me out 5 minutes before opening. Was about to spend a good amount of money to get supplies for next year and close my pool.
Terrible customer service. They argue about the warranty of the pool products and lack any reasonable guidance of maintenance/repairs. Nor do they have any of the products for repairs. Their “credit card” is a joke and has a minimum purchase of $300 to use the credit card. They’re money hungry and truly only care about sales. They lack the communication skills required to establish rapport, continued consumerism, and trust. Wish I bought our pool from an entirely different company.
