I originally walked in to just look but I was greeted so kindly that I made my decision to buy a new outside dining table and chair right then and there. Sam introduced himself and with no pressure listened and showed me the type of table/chairs I was describing to him. I was amazed at the low prices ....it really expected them to be higher. All round fabulous experience!
Had the part I needed in stock. Sales associate didn't try to sell me a new filtration system. I told him this was probably the last year for my current system which at 13 years old is getting a little long in the tooth. I keep the pool in tip top shape which is why the liner is still good and the filtration system still functions. I bought my pool at the Great Escape in Gurnee and continue to restock pool supplies needed there.
Was very disappointed in customer service today (Manager Tim was off today) Went in to let them know I figured out what was going on with the pool robot (Needed to take wheel brushes off) asked them to test water (They did) then said after spending around 5k this week that I would appreciate them giving me some water testing strips! I have spent over 30k over the years with them, never asked for anything free, they said NO! Will be going elsewhere to buy strips, and ask them first if they care about their customers!
Great place to get your pool/hottub/patio supplies!! Nice employees!!
I’ve been into great escape a bunch of times and always talk to Tim. He knows his stuff and is very helpful and knowledgeable. As long as he’s still there I’ll keep going to great escape. Ty Tim!
