Terrible customer service. They argue about the warranty of the pool products and lack any reasonable guidance of maintenance/repairs. Nor do they have any of the products for repairs. Their “credit card” is a joke and has a minimum purchase of $300 to use the credit card. They’re money hungry and truly only care about sales. They lack the communication skills required to establish rapport, continued consumerism, and trust. Wish I bought our pool from an entirely different company.
Found need pool supplies
We went in to continue our hot tub research and weren't expecting much. It was a pleasant surprise. This is a great store with pool/spa supplies and endless outdoor furniture and accessories. We met John and bought a Jacuzzi in under an hour. He was friendly, knowledgable and had the best prices. We will be going back for furniture when ready for it.
