John was wonderful! He's a lovely human and extremely knowledgeable on hot tubs and patio furniture. I had researched online before coming in, but learned a ton from John during my visit. He didn't push me to purchase anything and was able to answer all of my questions. If I end up purchasing a hot tub or patio furniture, it will be from John at The Great Escape Gurnee!
