What a wonderful experience! We bought an above ground pool, had it delivered and installed in just a little over a week. Staff at The Great Escape and the delivery guy were very pleasant to work with. The installers, Mark and his crew, were amazing. They were great at communicating, very knowledgeable, friendly, and fast! The excavation was great and the pool looks amazing! Super happy with everything!!!
Bought and installed a 24’ circular pool. Great experience from start to finish! Justin answered all my questions after our initial visit and was quick to reply. Mark with PoolPros LLC did an excellent job on the excavation and install. Very professional and is a true master at his craft.
Crooks!!!!! Fast at taking your money, but when it’s time for repairing something they give you the biggest run around. 5 yrs later and it’s still not fixed. Do yourself a favor and Go else where.
Purchased a hot tub from here. Josh was very responsive and helpful! When it was delivered there were some scratches on the paneling that happened during setup. Josh put me in touch with a manager there (also named Josh) and they made it right by offering free chemicals or seeing if the panels could be replaced. We took the free chlorine cartridges as the damages were minor.
