Great Escape has been excellent from the install of our 27' round pool, to maintenance, and helping us with finding replacement parts. We have had our pool 8 seasons now and never have had green water or major replacement of anything. There are cheaper options out there but we are loyal customers because of the customer service and quality.
Everything went great, to buying the pool, delivery of the above ground pool, but the best was the installation of pool. Mark and Rico and work team of Pool Pros LLC were great. Very professional installation, easy to work with. Easy to communicate with. Kept to schedule.
Installers were amazing - great crew to work with!
Great support staff. Josh Gill helped me throughout from the beginning. Thanks Josh!
Josh Gill was a ninja helping me from startup to closing, to startup again. Thank you Josh!
