The delivery partners they use are terrible. I returned the pool table I bought because of the delivery partner. They were lazy and if the weather is not perfect they won’t deliver and they will push you back to the back of the line 3-4 weeks out. They are extremely rude.
Highly recommend! I have been a customer for about 8 years. Always friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy.
Bought a hot tub from there, took longer than they said to get it. Once it showed up, there was a nice dent in the side of it. Customer service is horrible there after you purchase something. Evidently they don’t care once they get your money. Went there to get chemicals and have water tested, salesman was more worried about messing around on his phone rather than helping me. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
They are very helpful and not pushy about getting you to buy. We’re very satisfied with our choice.
Always go here for my pool chemicals. They are best priced and never sell you something you don’t need. Their staff is very knowledgeable! Highly recommend them.
