Don't let these paid 5 star reviews fool you. Horrible customer service. They're fast to tell you about their return policy after the product they delivered is incomplete. They're fast to mislead you about how their products will be delivered, then quick to tell you what's written in their sales contract which contradicting what they told you. We had a great experience at your Downers Grove store. Your associate Matt Wegener when out of his way to research what we were looking for. He found it, called us and we ordered it. He also sold a 3 piece cafe set while we were there. It’s not offen in today’s environment that you get this type of help. Matt was extremely patient and made us feel comfortable. Matt is a compliment to the Great Escape and we will be back because of the professional service we received from Matt Wegener!!
We purchased a pool from the Great Escape and the employees are great to deal with. However the company that did the installation didn't bother to smooth or flatten the sand under the liner so we have lumps and bumps in the bottom of the pool. Other then that they did a good job.
