Matt Wegener is the reason we made the trip from Cary to the Downers Grove store. We bought our patio set there and then decided we needed an umbrella. We stopped at the Algonquin store first, but the customer service there is horrible. Matt is very knowledgeable and helped us make the right decision. Thanks so much Matt. The Downers Grove location is our go-to. Matt is absolutely incredible and his customer service is outstanding! He’s one of the friendliest and helpful reps we’ve ever worked with. Several years ago we purchased a hot tub and Matt has been a great help, providing us with tips to maintaining a clean hot tub year round. We recently purchased a pool table from this location and worked with Matt Wegener. He was extremely knowledgeable, super friendly and we never felt pressured to buy anything. He provided us with all the information we needed and also didn't try to upsell a more expensive model. Would definitely go back there and work with Matt again. We're waiting on the delivery and looking forward to enjoying the pool table.
