The Great Escape has horrible customer service. Once they Escape with your money, good luck getting anything done. We recently purchased a pool package to replace our tornado damaged pool. During Install, we were told that the Great Escape had delivered the wrong size liner. The Installer instructed us to immediately call the salesman which we did. The Salesman Tony, advised us that he is on vacation and to call the store and ask for Gus but to also send him (Tony) a phone number that Gus could reach us at. When we called th... read more
We were so impressed with the level of service and attention from the entire staff!! Greg, the Regional Manager, was extremely responsive to any questions we had even after delivery!!! Would definitely recommend!!
If you're in the market for a pool DO NOT..... go to Great Escape. I bought my pool and hot tub July 19 of 2019...that's right.. A YEAR AGO... I have been promised installation for a year... Once it appears it's finally going to happen.... (lots of drama and empty promises in between) the installer who I told the store manager NOT TO SEND TO MY HOUSE Because by his own account he was shady, showed up.
