This is very bad customer service. I would not recommend the Great Escape at all. We were promised a spa cover and it never came in over 16 weeks. We asked for a refund. They processed the paper work, yet it never posted the refund to my credit card. When I called about it, they answered non chilantly - oh yea - you can't get a refund =- the cover is here and ready for pick up. WE were given a receipt that the cover would be refunded. They never called us to tell us the refund was denied nor that the spa cover actually came ... read more

Very unhappy with the service on my hot tub. You spend thousands on something you expect to work every time. Not so much on mine. Im happy to revise and say the tech came back. Listened to my concerns and hopefully we have a resolution to make the tub work every time.
