Please teach your people how drive, one your van drivers was pulled off side road in wellington ohio no hazards in parking and when we went go around them they decided to put it in drive without looking.
This is very bad customer service. I would not recommend the Great Escape at all. We were promised a spa cover and it never came in over 16 weeks. We asked for a refund. They processed the paper work, yet it never posted the refund to my credit card. When I called about it, they answered non chilantly - oh yea - you can't get a refund =- the cover is here and ready for pick up. WE were given a receipt that the cover would be refunded. They never called us to tell us the refund was denied nor that the spa cover actually came ... read more
