I just recently purchased a pool from Great Escape. Work with Brian as my salesperson. Brian contacted via an interest that I had sent them through the internet. Over the phone he was very informative and the price that he quoted me as very attractive. Especially after my rotten experience with Litehouse Pools in Mentor. do NOT Recommend – We wanted them to come out and open our pool... it was a little pricey. But we were told their price included hooking up the filter, cleaning the winter cover, hooking up the skimmer, and shocking the pool (although there was an additional charge for all chemicals used). We were also told we had to drain as much water off the top of the pool as we could prior to their visit.
