I drove SOMEONE to purchase a vase at this location( I was ONLY THE DRIVER). Well AFTER THE PURCHASE, THEY WROTE DOWN CUSTOMER DRIVER LICENSE FOR A "VASE" AND CAME OUTSIDE TO WRITE DOWN MY CAR TAG NUMBER BECAUSE I DROVE THE CUSTOMER WHO MADE THE PURCHASE. I FELT VIOLATED & MY PRIVACY INVADED. THEY SAID THEY DO EVERY CUSTOMER LIKE THIS. This is SHADY AND CROOKED because STORE POLICIES SHOULD BE IN WRITING. My experience with Teresa was very great.
Our experience at Rooms to Go was GREAT! Diane was our salesperson and she was very knowledgeable. She even showed us where another furniture competitor was selling the same dining room set. Rooms to Go was cheaper and they also had a good protection plan for us to choose. We appreciate Diane and the wonderful management team.
Scot was helpful. Thankful that he gave us space to talk and make decisions without hovering! Excited to get a new sectional delivered before the Super Bowl.
