I have banked with USAA for 16 years and they don’t have physical branches. I am buying a beater Jeep today and USAA told me to do a debit card cash advance at a local bank so I don’t have to go to multiple ATMs. Grant County Bank is on USAA’s list of places to go do that AND I have relatives with accounts there. The teller very rudely told me they don’t “do those” unless you have an account here and the debit card has to be at this bank. Worst bank ever account keeps getting locked for no reason they really need to do better cause I’m tired having to call people to get back into my account. And staff be getting rude everything I have to call in and fix the issue. How about fix the app do I don’t have to call in ever time to fix it!!!!
