Love the progress this place has made over the years. Beautiful Place and the staff is knowledge and kind. Well run facility
If I could give stars to certain employees I would but no way in heck would I EVER have a family member here. The administrator is a joke. She allows staff here to do as they please ( especially the night shift) because she isn’t working then, and if it’s reported then it gets taken out on you. I personally emailed her and called and was told she refused to speak with me. Shame on you for allowing the crap that goes on that does. I want to Thank The Grande whole heartedly for taking such good care of my Dad. He loved it there, and that says it all. He made many friends with the other residents and with the staff. He loved all the activities, especially the karaoke. I am a physical therapy practitioner of 20 years and have been in many facilities. There are some not so great ones, and truly the good ones are a Diamond in the rough. Thank you The Grande for being a happy, fun, and kind safe haven for my dad. The Grande has been such a positive experience for my brother, who moved into their assisted living apartment in July. He is happy, he loves the food and has not complained to me about anything. As I live out of state, it can be challenging to try to communicate certain issues with staff but everyone has always returned my calls and helped me to navigate whatever I needed to help provide my brother what he needs.
