I lived in the Woodlands for more than 2 years. Exhorbitant rent increases and lack of space/storage were the killers for me. Charging $930/month for a 1-bedroom, 600 sq ft apartment is ridiculous unless you're in NYC. I left and bought my own place. It's only 980 sq ft but it's mine, and even with utilities and other expenses, I'm saving almost $250/mo over what I was paying Calamar. I park right next to my door and I can have my own washer and dryer! Seniors are getting fleeced in these apartments. I was glad to leave.
This place has made my life easier. The layout to take care of my husband who is handicap is excellent.
