Lady who sits at the desk is rude as heck. I was dropping a door dash and instructions were to leave at door so that's what I did. It was not even her order.And she came out there screaming at the top of her lungs at me, telling me not to leave in order out there.My job is to follow instructions faced upon the customer , not her. I do not deserve to be talked to like that by her for doing my job . Disgusting attitude for somebody who works with elderly

My grandmother was a resident at this building for 4 months for rehab and she loved her stay here. I myself visited daily and the staff are very attentive and helpful with anything my grandmother needed. Since being here she had 3 care plan meetings with the staff and each department was helpful in planning her discharge and made sure she had everything she needed before going home. My grandmother did enjoy the food and always got something else if the meal was something she did not like. Overall she enjoyed her time here. S... read more

Well where do I start I've called and told them about the bus that drives too fast through the park I libe in and nothing got done so I tried to call again this morning and of course no answer well I've already talk to the park owners about it bec I have my kids here and all the other kids that live in this park and that driver is just unsafe driving through here and I'm not too happy about it something will be done about this or I will end it myself I'm am not gonna let this guy drive through here unsafe with all these kids... read more

April was all set to have my mother transported from Wynn to this facility which is 2 blocks from my home. She paid my mother a visit and rejected her without a word. I had to find a different rehab in an hour. She is a salesperson first it seems, not someone who cares about patients. It was hard enough having to place my mother in a care home but having to place her in one 30 minutes away doesn't make the process easier on anyone, especially my mother with dementia.
