I give this establishment a 2 star one for the shift supervisors which helped when I needed them & one for the few that really cared .. the day shift is fine once you get to the second and third shift it’s as if no one on my mothers unit cared and never answered her bell she had to call me each time she needed to go to the restroom . My mom scored high on her evaluation but at the same time was treated like a nobody . They rather put a diaper on you then to toilet the resident . My grandmother was a resident here for rehab. When she first arrived things were a little rocky (due to being short staffed). But the rehab team did an excellent job with getting my mom better. She enjoyed the activities and on the days she felt down, she told me that Talya (the concierge) came in with a smile on her face and it brightened up her day. Kudos to the staff

The administration doesn’t answer phone calls, nurses are rude and don’t know what they are doing. Case manager acts like she’s untitled to speak and treat residents like they don’t have a voice. No with this momma bear. I reported her and the facility to the board in Albany, ny.

I recently had to stay here for rehabilitation after being in the hospital. The care team on the 3rd floor was absolutely Great. I was treated with such respect. I also want to say thank you to the rehabilitation team for getting me back on my feet. May God Bless you all. Thank you and you deserve 5 stars.

Workers can't drive. Plate ending in 2802 almost hit me because they were speeding to get infront of me..
