Staff was very polite and helpful
Like a number of facilities, Needs updates. Not The CNA's and nurses have provided quality care to my brother since he's been there. The front desk staff are very friendly and polite. Had an issue with the social worker not filing paperwork properly and causing delay with a surgery though. Overall, his experience at Delaware is satisfactory. Compared to other rehabilitation centers...Delaware Oaks is stars above!! I've requested my brother return after his next surgery.
The first thing that I noticed was the cleanliness of the facility, it looked and smelled clean. The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff were friendly and professional. I was pleased to see the care given to the residents and the facility.
