Do not put your loved on at The Grand. It's dirty and most of the nurses and aides are lazy. It's dirty. If you go for rehab be aware they cant accommodate your needs. Some will admit they are there for a pay check. They dont respond to their bells when lite up. They are under staffed with sub par workers. They dont care about any of those beautiful people who reside there. It is not like a vacation spot. It's a hell hole.
Their are some good Nurses at the Grand, I like some of the nurses like Cindy , Ashley, Ola and Tammy. When you try to call there to ask questions the staff there are very short and rude to you meaning the nurses and the aids at night.
