This place has changed so much. its filthy, the health department will get a call. they move patients to different rooms without cleaning and sanitizing the room looks like someone vomited all over the floor and the walls i took pictures of the filthy curtains and walls, no screens on windows when i complained they put an air conditioner in the window instead of a screen when i complained of the filth they called for maintenance and the secretary said he was outside fixing her vehicle. some of the staff is nice but the highe... read more

One star is being nice, this place is a. Absolute mess. No care in regards to my mother, or her needs. The administrator Jonelle is a joke ‘been a month now still waiting on her call’ is she even able to handle the job? Walk in the place all you smell is urine and fetus’s! CANT WAIT TO GET MY MOTHER OUT OF HERE!

This place is absolutely disgusting. My mother was admitted here after a brief stay at Ellis Hospital. We tried to have her transferred the third day she was there. First off, the rooms are filthy. Floors are covered in trash, walls have splash stains and food on them. The bathroom garbage was overflowing with trash and my mom wasn't even using it! Part of her ceiling was coming down and had stuff from inside it falling on her curtains. Her breathing machines and masks were all tipped over on the floors and there were dirty ... read more
