This facility never answers the phone they sit and act if they can’t hear the phone the ladies room is filthy not many good workers they only care about payday they will do anything to keep your family there permanently its a place you have to check on your family daily I DO MEAN DAILY or your family will roam the hallways begging for they do not assist the patients with eating if they need help they will drop the food off come back take the food away rather they ate or not please watch out for your family

This place has changed so much. its filthy, the health department will get a call. they move patients to different rooms without cleaning and sanitizing the room looks like someone vomited all over the floor and the walls i took pictures of the filthy curtains and walls, no screens on windows when i complained they put an air conditioner in the window instead of a screen when i complained of the filth they called for maintenance and the secretary said he was outside fixing her vehicle. some of the staff is nice but the highe... read more
