We stayed at the Grand Hotel on December 1st. The hotel it self is very nice. Clean and comfortable. We thought, " we will stay again forsure if needed". And then....... a month after our stay we were charged 50 cents( Jan. 4th). We had eaten a candy bar which was priced at $2.50 . We absolutely expected to be charged this amount. We were charged $2 After checkout(Dec. 3rd). A month later, yes a month, we were charged 50 cents. Being it had been so long and frankly we had forgotten we stayed there. THEY WILL THROW AWAY ANYTHING THEY WANT OF YOURS AND LIE TO AND THREATEN YOU AND ARE THE BIGGEST SCUMBAGS I HAVE EVER MET (I mean most hotels are scumbags, but to tell you to your face that they can throw away whatever they want is a new despicable low). If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would. 1) Housekeeping arbitrarily throws things away. They threw away about FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($500) worth of business receipts that I needed to throw away.
