I am so grateful for my experience at The Grand. I have had so many questions and concerns about what to do with my aging family member. Staci the manager was extremely caring and answered all my questions. It is such a beautiful space and caring staff. I see some negative comments. Which seems so opposite of my experience. Funny how they seem to not know who these people are? Quit trolling, it hurts businesses and the people that work there. Keep up the good work caring for our elderly! This facility is absolutely beautiful. Very clean and Jamie and Staci are the best. I’ve watched them be so kind and caring to the residents.

My family and I are incredibly grateful for the care and compassion shown at this assisted living residence. From the very first visit, we felt welcomed, respected, and reassured that our loved one would be in good hands. The staff truly go above and beyond not just meeting needs, but building meaningful relationships with the residents. My grandma currently lives at The Grand and it is the best place in valley by far. She is so well taken care of by all of the staff and specifically Staci, Mariah, Christian and Jamee put their heart and soul into making everyone feel happy, loved and cared for. I couldn’t recommend The Grand enough for your loved one.

This is a really beautiful place on the outside. But they have many problems that they try and cover up. If something isn't working or is broken they take forever to fix it. The heating was out in the building for a week, when this could have been prevented if people actually did their jobs. The management is terrible. Specifically Staci. She is rude, impolite, and unapologetic. She doesn't care about anyone but herself. When you address her with a problem she dismisses you and never tries to help.
