The Grand Senior Living is a wonderful place. The staff is personable and knowledgeable, and took excellent care of my mom. The administration spent countless hours working with our family to accommodate her specific needs and to continually find the right level of care as her condition changed. The chefs were also incredible - often checking in with her, joking around, tailoring high-quality meals to her picky palate, and bringing special desserts that always made her smile. Very nice staff, spacious and great service. I love that they keep the numbers low so the residents have focused care and it doesn’t feel like a traditional rest home.
I am so grateful for my experience at The Grand. I have had so many questions and concerns about what to do with my aging family member. Staci the manager was extremely caring and answered all my questions. It is such a beautiful space and caring staff. I see some negative comments. Which seems so opposite of my experience. Funny how they seem to not know who these people are? Quit trolling, it hurts businesses and the people that work there. Keep up the good work caring for our elderly! This facility is absolutely beautiful. Very clean and Jamie and Staci are the best. I’ve watched them be so kind and caring to the residents.
