Update: The Grand is now under new management. We have always had good experiences but I originally rated it 4 stars due to some minor issues we experienced with the previous owners. I now rate it 5 stars due to the positive changes with the new management. Our family has noticed many improvements. The atmosphere is more upbeat and the place is lively again. I have a parent that currently lives at The Grand. The facility is beautiful and always very clean. My mom looks forward to the muscial and craft activities. The staff is caring, respectful and works hard to get to know the preferences of the residents. Our mom loves living here and she has much more of a social life and better care than we could give her at home. Her health has also greatly improved since moving there. Amazing company all around. I’ve worked professionally with them since the very beginning. The owners Tracey and Dave care so much about the quality of their team and care for their residents. The building is absolutely beautiful and so well cared for. The Beacon crest team is fantastic and will do a great job caring for your loved ones.
