For the first time in five years- I no longer spend endless hours tweezing the unwanted hair off of my face. Krystal is not only incredible at her job, but she truly cares about each of her clients and their goals. She takes the time to explain every step of electrolysis during the initial consult and throughout each treatment. I would recommend Krystal to anyone and everyone looking for permanent hair removal!
If you are in need of electrolysis/ permanent hair removal, this is the best place to go! Krystal is amazing to work with; she always works as long as she can, explains the process, and makes sure to keep clients comfortable. She also keeps everything very clean! As someone that has had issues with excessive hair my whole life, it has been an amazing transformation from her work, I hardly need to shave anymore. Definitely recommend her to anyone looking!
I don't typically write reviews, but when I do its because the business & staff were beyond exceptional. I have been getting electrolysis at the Graceful studios for many months now and Krystal's attention to detail is bar none the best. I went to a few other electrolysisplaces to see which one I preferred, and none even came close. As a male, we are working on a full face and neck permanent hair removal.
