Nick Carpenter was able to find me the correct depth transducer for my sailboat unit. I had previously "purchased" the unit from five other on-line vendors only to find the unit wasn't available ("Back ordered") and then waiting for a refund. Nick called the manufacturer, found the correct unit for my needs, and made certain one existed and would be delivered. Very professional service!!!
