DO NOT USE THIS LENDER!!!!!!!!! The worst mortgage experience. As a single mother who is self employed I knew the mortgage process would require more from me than someone who is married with W2 income. However, this team is so uneducated, unprofessional, and unprepared. While I am days away from closing they give up and "drop" the loan. Which means they just cancel. Zero effort. Best mortgage broker in town! I love how real the loan officers are here. Josh and Emma will be sure to take care of you and be completely honest with you throughout the entire process. Everyone knows that buying a house typically isn't an easy and fun process on the loan side of things. Josh and Emma gave me constant communication and were nothing short of amazing.
