Today is one week since I contacted them, still haven't heard back from them yet. So I really can't grade them yet.
Please do yourself a favor and do not use this law firm. They will charge you 40% right off the top and they will not earn it. They kept significantly more than I did and I was constantly having to stay on top of them getting things done and progressed. You can get just as good of a job out of 33% lawyer and they won't take any more than you do most of them. I had numerous injuries that made my life hell.
