Mr. Goodlefsky was hired to process a probate for my sister's estate in April 2023. As of 2026, this probate was never completed in spite of receiving full payment and all forms and documents requested. Mr. Goodlefsky has failed to respond to any attempts to contact him, even attempts by the State Bar of Texas. I am currently completing the Grievance Process forms.
