I had an incredible and amazing experience meeting with Tanner J. at The Good Feet Store located at Birkdale. He provided a lot of education and I am pleased with the care plan for future relief.
Very helpful. Explained things so that I could understand what was going on with my feet. I’ve had my insets for a year. Foot pain was resolved after a couple of weeks.

I was looking forward to trying the Good Feet arch system. After the sales pitch, the ladies were very nice, I was told the price of the arches only, no shoes, was over $1700.00. Imagine my surprise! I felt bad for taking up their time so when they offered a single, no warranty arch for a couple hundred I bought them. Now I have hip and knee pain I didn’t have before and an expensive pair of arches I can’t wear. I’m sorry I ever went there. Lesson learned.
I purchased these inserts back in April. I've done exactly as I was instructed and my feet are actually better. But everything about this depends on the person who helps you. I went back in for a follow up appointment which I scheduled while I was there originally. They acted like they knew nothing about me and the person who helped me was not there.
