I give them a 5 star rating because they seemed knowledgeable in their field, and caring (understanding of what I was going through with my Plantar Fascitis). However, the results of what they are suggesting I do, with this "3 step system", will determine my final rating.
I came into the store in extreme foot and ankle pain. The support instantly took the pain and pressure away. Cathy was patient and kind. I had tears with relief.
Within the first day I could tell the difference. I have had Plantar fasciitis surgery, right to fusion and both right and left for toe nerves removed just to try to get relief in my feet. Within the first day saw relief..

Kathy was fantastic in working with me to understand my pain and providing an in-depth explanation of my options. I've been suffering from plantar fasciitis, heel spurs and achilles tendonitis. The insoles I got today are already providing so much relief. Can't wait to get back to running and being pain free. I've tried several insoles and those did help a bit, but not to the degree I'm experiencing now. I'd highly recommend coming in to at least get an analysis done of your feet.
