I really wanted to like this shop, but every time I walk in, the employees are sitting on the sofa chatting instead of helping customers. The atmosphere feels unwelcoming, and when you do ask for help, the staff are annoyed. On top of that, the store feels very disorganized and dusty. Customer service and professionalism definitely need improvement. I wanted to buy a good but it was covered in dust.
The shop is so cute and the staff was friendly and helpful. I love my purchase and I look forward to going back and looking more throughly when it’s not as busy.
