I did a google search for a place that could rent mobility scooters and found The Good Access Company. I dealt with Virginia and she answered all my questions right away and reserved a scooter for me without needing a deposit. The scooter was dropped off at our hotel and picked up after. They are flexible and the scooter they delivered was in great shape and worked great for my elderly mother. I highly recommend this company. Thank you.
I made an appointment for my husband to visit the company, and we went the company on time for the appointment. When we got there, we were told the sales representative we made the appointment with was not available. We didn't hear anything from the company before we went. We were and are very disappointed. Very responsive and good service.
The first person on phone had no idea what we were asking even tho I read it from the website then transfer me then all to be told that nothing is in stock I need to order it it was a extremely frustrating call and did not make me want to give them our business at all very frustrating for this type of businesses
Good Access staff are always responsive to our requests and answer our questions. It is greatly appreciated to be a part of the team to better understand the possibilities. Joe is great and assists my family with my son and sister's needs.
