10/10 service. I just walked in with a rush order. Amazingly done, super super friendly, and great prices. Love good work for good value. Would highly recommend and will be returning for all my alternation needs even though I live in the west end
I had an amazing experience! Her and her team are incredibly accommodating and understanding, always working with your ideas instead of telling you what you should do or talking you out of it. They’re super time-efficient with pickups and very talented, always listening to your input and making it work. This is definitely the only place I trust for alterations. I’m really impressed with the work done on my suit. I had lost some weight and it was fitting way too big, but she sized me properly and tailored everything to perfection. The fit is sharp now — it honestly feels like a brand-new suit. She’s skilled, patient, and takes pride in her craft. I definitely recommend her for any alterations.
Nice looking place on the inside. Very clean. Lady who served me was very polite and prompt. Busy place which means people keep coming back because they do good work. That may well be true except in my case. I left a very simple alteration for them to do. 2 pairs of pants to be shortened. It's as easy as it gets. One pair turned out fine. On the 2nd pair, the length of one leg after alteration was 1 1/2" shorter than the other leg. No one took the 15 seconds needed to check it after they altered it.
