Extremely Unprofessional & Dishonest Conduct I contacted Gold Coast Legal and booked an appointment with one of their legal team, Natasha, for Tuesday 20/01/2026 at 10:00am. I was also told I would be sent a form to complete prior to the call - that form was never sent. 10:00am came and went. No call. No message. No explanation. I am so disappointed with the quality of the appointment. How the legal appointment could take less then 10 minutes! Absolutely wastage of time. Google or chat GPT will give you more information.
Set back off Street, w/easy access by public transport or car w/plenty of parking. Lovely, compassionate staff + service set-up to support people seeking legal advice or direction w/ confidential solutions.
Do not help at all with advise with family matter. Strongly dislike, would not mention them to anyone
