The car we hired itself was fine. However getting this deposit back has been impossible, because it’s apparently a pre authorisation it’s a bank issue. We contacted the bank and it’s no issue on their side. I visited in person three times and each time I leave feeling incredibly frustrated and disappointed. They ignore calls and emails when you try to follow up and are so hard to communicate with, I’m sure you will comment telling me I’m a liar, but this is true. Avoid at all costs.
We visited the Gold Coast with a prearranged booking through Europcar. They didn’t deliver so I phoned through here to get a rental for our family of five. Made it easy and we had a great time on the back of their service. Really happy with the service and car. Thank you!
Great Service by a great team, best deal in town and will certainly use them again, choice of cars was outstanding and everything explained (no hidden secrets or costs)
BIG NO for this rental. I am wasting my time going bank back and forth for my deposit bond they have taken and still haven’t got it back. They don’t pickup calls and if they do, their response is go to the bank. And if you lost contract paper, then they don’t even know you. Very bad experience.
