Terrible service; the information provided is incorrect. I do not recommend it.
We began our VPK process here in January 2026, visiting the Winter Garden location and speaking with Natasha, who gave us clear information about the VPK schedule and told us placement would go through a lottery. We submitted our reservation form in February, trusting the process. In March, we received both a written email and a separate text message confirming that our son’s enrollment was complete — no mention of a pending lottery outcome, no conditions, nothing.
