Adjusting my review because your experience with the school is going to be highly dependent on the owner. The first owner they had when we first enrolled, Tyler, was amazing! The staff is amazing as well, however, the current owner Shanna lacks transparency and clear communication. She protects herself in writing at all costs, all while making what we have perceived to be discriminatory decisions. They held our children back without letting us know. The infant room staff was completely overwhelmed and our pre-visit was chaotic and disorganized. We had paid first month’s tuition and never attended or used their services, even after providing six weeks notice. We’re out over $2,300 and Tyler is unwilling to refund us. Ownership is cavalier and inexperienced. Bad business. Avoid the Wexford location at all costs.

We’ve had our three-year-old at The Goddard School of Wexford for a little over a year, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The teachers are warm, attentive, and truly invested in the growth and happiness of each child. Our child has learned so much! A special shoutout to the incredible management team and on-site owner, Shanna. Their leadership, communication, and genuine care for the children and families make this school feel like an extension of home. We’re so grateful to be part of the Goddard family!
