I was fortunate enough to be invited to The Goddard School in Fort Mitchell to read my children's books to the kids attending. As a children's author, it was such an honor! The teachers were incredibly kind and welcoming! It was clear how much they care about creating a fun, engaging environment for the kids. Thank you Goddard for such a wonderful experience and I hope to visit again!

Our family has been part of the Goddard community since June 2023, when our oldest child started attending. Today, all three of our children (ages 4.5, 2.5, and 1.5) attend Goddard, and we've experienced every classroom from Infant through PS2. We initially chose Goddard because of its outstanding reputation in the community. Families consistently described it as clean, safe, educational, fun, and trustworthy, and our experience has absolutely lived up to those expectations. I joined The Goddard School as a associate teacher in May 2026 at a payrate of $16/hr. Due to personal reasons, I submitted a 2-week courtesy notice to resign on June 17. When I received my paycheck for the period 06/08 – 06/21, my paycheck of 50 hours was calculated at the minimum wage rate of $7.25/hour effective 06/08. When I brought this up to the Manager/Owner of the company, she stated that they have policy requiring a 30-day notice otherwise they compensate at minimum wage even for hours worked prior to the date ... read more

We have always found the school to be friendly and nurturing. It is a lovely family oriented environment and both of our children love the many age -appropriate learning activities and outdoor play. The dedicated teachers are kind, understanding and approachable. Our children love their pre-school days at Goddard school, and we consider it a wonderful investment in early childhood education.

I am an ex employee of this school! I'm gonna say that first before they try and respond and say that I am disgruntled, I am not. I was unfortunately let go from this center and as a teacher I can say please stay away from this center. If you are a parent looking for a place for your child, then please by all means enroll them here! The teachers are amazing for the most part and only want what's best for your children! If you are a teacher looking for a job, DO NOT WORK HERE. They are very unorganized and very unprofessional... read more

Attention parents and staff. The Goddard school hired a new employee who was employed by Leafspring but I bet she did not tell Ballantyne why she was FIRED yes i said FIRED from leaf spring so I will tell you. She abused a child Physically, mentally. She would snatch him around like a rag doll. This child has special needs and I see this happen on multiple occasions please as your kids daily how it was and if the teachers were nice to them.

I am so grateful that we were able to obtain a spot for our baby at this school. We are first time parents and we started them in the infant classroom when they were 10 weeks old. I would never have been able to successfully go back to work without knowing that they were in good hands, or without the support of their caring staff and teachers.
