We LOVE The Goddard School of Richmond. The teachers and staff are exceptional and really get to know your children. It’s very clean and safe, and the school offers all kinds of additional activities/school events periodically throughout the year. I have three children, so we have been at many daycares across three states. Goddard is by far the best one. Two of my children have attended. They are so wonderful and thoughtful to the children and parents. They stay open as much as feasibly possible and go out of their way to make family feel seen and appreciated. Teacher here seems happy and are qualified to do the job (not just parents with little kids that decided to be babysitters in a daycare). This is a world class place for your littles to learn and grow! The curriculum, the care, the fun they have, there is so much. Also thank you for staying open during challenging weather. When everyone is quick to close they take the time to determine if they can open. They know parents count on you for childcare so they can get to work. YOU GO ABOVE AND BEYOND!!
If you want the staff and teachers to treat your children as if their own family, this is the daycare for you. I’m writing in the aftermath of a snowstorm. Public schools are closed, but Goddard at Nova stayed open. They did so cautiously but deliberately, knowing the importance of the service they provide. We are very happy with Goddard.
