We have loved The Goddard School of Elgin since we toured. Everyone has been so welcoming and treats you like family from Day 1. Our daughter loves going to daycare there and has learned so much in just a few months. The teachers do an incredible job as well! We would highly recommend Goddard to others in the search for a daycare!
Our experience at Goddard so far (4 to 20 months) has been wonderful. School is on top of educational curriculum (I feel like they are especially great about emotional/social things at this age range), nutrition and cleanliness - my husband jokes about wanting to stay for breakfast when he smells the food haha. Like any mother, I wanted the best for my son, and I reached out to them so that my child could also play with other children and develop. But what I experienced there is something I wouldn’t wish on anyone — I do not recommend this place, as we were simply discriminated against. When I met with the Director, sue to discuss enrollment, asked about the required documents, and they told me there were no issues and that we could start school on the 7th of April .
