I’m extremely disappointed and heartbroken by the experience my niece had at this daycare. What was supposed to be a safe, nurturing environment for young children turned out to be anything but. Not only was she mistreated by staff, but there was a disturbing tolerance of colorism among the children, that are only four years old. This entire statement was written to save face!!! THE OWNER, who’s a liar and imposter! Claiming to have accommodated me plenty of times; meaning changing tuition due dates, and allowing my child to come to school later than 9am. (Which they do allow other children to do as well) How does this correlation with the colorism and lack of empathy my daughter received?????? We had a deeply painful and disturbing experience with this daycare. My friend’s child was mistreated while in their care—and to make matters worse, there were clear signs of racial bias involved in how the situation was handled. Instead of compassion, safety, and open communication, the staff showed disregard for the child’s emotional and physical well-being. This Childcare center , is by far the worst … my niece experienced so much ignorance, from the teachers gripping her out her sleep to the other children talking about the color of her skin being to DARK to play…. When brought to the teacher’s attention she didn’t address the situation at all… simply told my niece play by herself !!! And may I add my niece is 5yr and talked very well! IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!!! DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE!!!! My 4 y/o endured a traumatic situation that’s heartbreaking to hear!!!!! 3 different situations occurred within a year with NO proper paperwork.
