February 2025: While Jackie (the director) is the glue that keeps this Goddard running and the teachers are phenomenal (including Mr. Rob!), there is much to be desired in the level of involvement (Re: lack there of) from the owners. When Jackie was on maternity leave, it was painfully obvious the assistant director (working as acting director) and owners do not have the same genuine care for all occupants of the building as Jackie does. We moved to Dublin and in turn, moved our kids from a Goddard in our old neighborhood to the one at Tuttle Crossing. We love the Goddard method of structured childcare and were very happy to see the same principles at this Goddard, but what blew us away was the quality of the staff. At our old Goddard, we saw a lot of teacher turnover (which I know is very normal in this industry) but at Tuttle, it amazes me how consistent the staff is. My daughter’s teachers seem to really care about her and give her so much individualized care. I also love the activities they’re able to do during the day that I wouldn’t be able to do with her at home! I so appreciate the updates/pictures throughout the day on the Tadpoles app. I feel really comforted knowing my daughter is safe and is shown love throughout her day.
