Worst daycare in Charlotte! The only pro about this daycare is the location. Let’s start with the cons: rude, disrespectful staff, especially shamira that sits at the front desk. (Pic below of email chain with owner included) The teachers change MONTHLY and are NOT certified. They sit and let your child cry and don’t try to console them at all. Ms Mariah and Ms Natalie in the wallabies class do an amazing job. They are so creative with the class activities and get all the kids so involved. They always greet my daughter with a big smile and a hug or high-five.
The staff and programming here are excellent. We are continually impressed by the wonderful teachers and the communicative admin. I cannot compare the prices here to other locations, but I can say that we have never considered moving anywhere else.
