I booked my daughter a spot here and due to several unforseen circumstances needed to find other arrangements. I called two weeks prior to her intended start date to cancel and they reviewed the policy that they couldn't refund without filling the spot. They said they have turned away a lot of people for the spot she had, and if they could fill it they would refund ($1500).
