Our experience at Goddard was fairly surprising given its reputation and price. We were regularly asked to keep our son home or pick him up early due to understaffing (we were offered a tuition reduction to do so — but the was amount significantly less than what we paid per day). I would not recommend this daycare based on my experience. One of the biggest concerns was that the teacher-to-child ratio was misrepresented. The staffing levels I was told to expect did not consistently match what I observed, which raised concerns about supervision and the level of attention children were receiving. Our son has attended Goddard Arvada for nearly three years, and we couldn't be more pleased with the teachers and management. To us, low staff turnover is one of the clearest signs of a healthy, well-run school — and Goddard Arvada has this! The consistency of familiar, caring faces has made all the difference. Two kids through Goddard in Arvada - the staff is responsive and proactive and our kids have been well looked after by teachers and staff. Certainly not an easy business to run - they are doing great work!
