This school won’t pick up the phone, so when I emailed them they only replied with available times to visit, which were all during work hours. So I gave them my number and asked them if they could call me back and they have not responded in an entire week!

I really don't understand how there are so positive reviews for this school. I am not happy with my experience at Goddard. The facility outside is very well maintained but the inside the rooms are very dirty. So many kids in the classrooms. Teachers( I don't believe they hold any teaching degree) don't pay attention to the kids. My daughter was walking all day with "switched shoes left to right" and no one ever cared to help her switch them. My daughter was telling me there is no toilet paper in the bathroom. We started our son John (first baby!) at 4 months old at Goddard AH and we’ve had a great experience. There was a change in leadership shortly into our time there but everything has gone smoothly with Su taking over. I would like to give a special shoutout to Miss Rekha and Miss Martha for the job they did running the infant room while John got started there. They’re so friendly and do a great job with the kids, and Miss Rekha does a fantastic job explaining her teaching methods and how they help develop the kids.

Highly highly recommend The Goddard School of Arlington Heights. This very special school exceeded all of my family's expectations- from the amazing front staff, to the caring teachers and the cleanliness of the facility, every aspect is 5/5 stars. Our girls absolutely thrived at this school and we were very sad to leave when we moved away from the area. Could not recommend more, if you are looking for somewhere to send your children that will make you feel happy and comfortable, Goddard of Arlington Heights is the place!

We just started a month ago with my 16 week old baby, but I am so impressed and happy with the staff and teachers at Goddard. I was very nervous to start but every step of the way they have eased my nerves and shown me the level of care they provide my child. My baby is learning new things all the time. We are so happy with our choice to trust the Goddard school with our baby.
