Son attends the after school program and as a special needs mother child care isn’t as easy to acquire sadly. This center has been very accommodating and walk with my Son in with love. I’m extremely grateful.
I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience here, and I feel compelled to update my review to one star. A few weeks ago, we clearly informed the school that our toddler would no longer be attending. We were told that per policy we would be charged for one final month, which we accepted and paid ($1,390). However, to our shock, we were charged again just 14 days later, another $1,390 on a different card, with no clear explanation. My daughter went to Goddard for the first two years of her life, from 5 months old to a little over 2 years. I never had an experience that was bad. The only reason she moved to a different location was due to my job change. I would highly recommend!
I love the Goddard School of Justin. My baby is 3 months and has been going here for 1 month. We love her teachers, Reyanna and Lia. They are always so happy to see my baby girl and give her so much love. Mrs. Vicki and Mrs.Theresa are always so inviting and make my husband and I feel so welcomed from the start. I recommend this school to all parents, especially ones who are putting their baby in daycare for the first time, like I did.
I would strongly caution parents, especially those with children who are not fully verbal yet. Injuries occurred with no clear explanation. Multiple staff members and teachers were present in the room, yet no one could tell me what happened. What concerned me most was that my child later shared a different story at home involving a teacher. Any staff member who shows visible frustration or aggression toward children should be removed immediately.
